I wanted to take a moment to let you know that I truly thank you for your support and example.  More than the technical things that I am learning, the intangibles of your character and faith have made a big impact on my leadership.

Glenn has been helping organizations and individuals realize their potential for nearly 50 years. His ability to quickly identify solutions to a variety of organizational challenges is extremely valuable. Glenn is a leader who speaks from a depth of knowledge and experience that is rare. While I have engaged a number of organizational consultants over the years, Glenn stands out as one of the best and brightest. It is without hesitation that I recommend Glenn and The Permuy Group as a difference-maker.

Glenn has been extraordinarily supportive in advancing the needs of our organization as we grow and change to become the model Boys & Girls Club in the country. His experience, patience and leadership are helping truly drive the change that is needed for Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Atlanta's growth and impact for our children. I feel fortunate to call him a mentor, but most importantly a friend.

Glenn is a compassionate leader who style and approach galvanizes those involved to mesh their points of view for the greater good. He helped us at 4-H to think through the complexities of our organization and how to prepare ourselves for the implementation phase of “measurement for advancement”.

Glenn is the consummate professional and partner. He has 45 years of experience as Chief Executive of a large and complex after-school youth development organization where he managed all aspects of the organization including fundraising support, board development while excelling in operating and mission driven outcomes. He excels in counseling boards and CEOs and works from an unparalleled base of hands on experiences. Glenn has advised me on a wide variety of management, board development, and fundraising/advancement issues for over two years. His advice is always spot on, and deliverer in a very collaborative and professional manner. He has also counseled my senior team and board chair, again with great attentiveness and perceptiveness to the issues. He has an instinctive customer service orientation and simply provides great advice. His heart is right where his head is. He really believes in the advancement of leaders and organizations. Glenn’s passion makes his counsel that much more effective.

Tampa Brass & Aluminum Corp., was founded in 1957 by my grandfather and father, Sam Leto Sr., Sam Leto Jr. as a three man foundry.  Today, revenues have been as high as $32,000,000 serving industries such as the department of defense, oil and gas, commercial and international.  We currently employ over 160 families; including both mom and dad, two brothers, one sister and my two sons.  I have been with Tampa Brass in many capacities since 1985.  Most of it has been in business development and sales with the title as president.  Most currently, I have added "running the business" including operations as well as business development.

Coach Permuy has been my coach and mentor since I can remember.  When the company nearly closed down in 1993, Glenn was there to provide guidance for me both business and personally.  His listening, caring and great advice has been paramount to my success as a leader.  Glenn gets to the root cause of the matter and offers simple advice and solutions.  His faith in God provides a sense of calmness so we can clearly see "ahead" and be proactive in the decisions.  As a family of "Italian decent", emotions run high and I get caught up in it as well.  I have gone to Glenn many times and always come out feeling better and stronger.  He helped me put together a charity golf event that has raised over $1,000,000 since its inception.  He has helped me to give back to my community.

Coach Permuy has made me a better husband, father, son, brother and friend.  We continue to grow our friendship together and I cannot be more thankful.
