     Leadership Coaching 
 

A strategic service of the Permuy Group is executive and board volunteer coaching. Our Performance Based Coaching Model improves leadership, employee accountability, teamwork communication, goal setting, strategic planning and more. We provide onsite and/or electronic (phone, email, ect...) coaching services in a one-on-one format, group coaching sessions for committees and senior management teams, and large -scale seminars designed for your organization.
